Snooze Mattress & Wellness

Mercedes was so helpful and informative. She informed us of all the differences of each mattress and how they would help our needs. She did narrow it down and made the sale! We are very satisfied and if we should further need help with mattress needs we definitely would call on her and Snoozy Mattress!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a mattress for our daughter. Amy was kind, knowledgeable, and made everything so easy from start to finish. She truly took the time to help us find the right fit without any pressure. Excellent customer service — we highly recommend! We’ll definitely be back! Ask for Amy — she’s the best!

Amy went above and beyond to help us find the best mattress and pillows! She is knowledgeable about the products she sells. Amy is happy to help and never pressures or pushes to make a sale. We recommend Amy if you are looking for a no-pressure, pleasant shopping experience! You won’t be disappointed!!

Purchased 2 mattresses for my kids and they loved them. Amy was very nice and took time with each one to get exactly what they wanted. She was very knowledgeable about each product.

Our experience with Snooze Mattress was OUTSTANDING! We had previously purchased a Tempur-pedic Mattress over 10 - 11 years ago; had received TREMENDOUS Customer Service then AND LOVED OUR mattress. We needed another mattress for a different location and since our existing Tempur-Pedic mattress was still sooo comfortable we decided to look into getting another one!! Because of the OUTSTANDING purchase we originally had, we still had our salesman contact information & reached out to him, a gentleman named Tyler!! He responded to us immediately and was VERY kind. He connected us with one of his staff members at the Snooze Store named Amy & they both worked tirelessly at helping us get another Tempur-Pedic mattress!! We live in another state and so this was a HUGE logistical situation!! Throughout this entire process, the two of them kept in contact with us in an extremely kind & courteous manner! We have NEVER been treated this well by any other business! We HIGHLY recommend them - they are people of OUTSTANDING morals - they did EVERYTHING they ever told us they would & worked VERY hard to earn our respect & business. You may have many locations you may go to to get a mattress but you will never be treated this well from first contact to delivery & set-up of your bed!! They are the only people we will take our business to!! Thanks to each of them for all their assistance - we are enjoying our new bed as much as the first one!
