Had a great experience with Josh Moore and his sales associate (didn’t catch her name) at this Sofa City location in Harrison, AR. Service was quick and efficient and there was no high-pressure sales. We had been shopping for furniture for around 3 months and I really appreciate the environment that Josh and his team cultivate for shoppers. If you need furniture, go see Sofa City!
View on GoogleWas shopping for a new recliner. Salesperson Amy showed me a few options and answered some of my questions about different fabrics available. I tried out a few of the recliners and picked out one I felt was the most comfortable to me. The chair I wanted was in stock so I purchased it. A nice young man loaded it on my pickup and tied it down even though it probably wasn't nessecary but I appreciated the extra caution. Overall a quick and pleasant experience. Would highly recommend if your looking for new furniture.
View on GoogleWe purchased a couch, a swivel rocking chair and Tempurpedic mattress’s . Cade was great to work with because he was low pressure, but informative and very friendly. He knew a lot about the different brands they sell. I would definitely buy more furniture at Sofa City in the future.
View on GoogleHow does this place have a perfect rating with so many 1 stars? People in this little community know what you guys are about so faking the 5 stars is weird and funny. I went here years and years ago when I got my first apartment to look for furniture. I look at this little side table and the price tag says $200. "Jeez, thats a little steep." I think to myself before realizing that was the price for the little fake foam flower on top of the table. I wouldn't have even paid 2 cents for that trash! The little side table was hundreds of dollars more. Ridiculous. Plus the staff was rude and unwelcoming.
View on GoogleBought a couch at Sofa City, yesterday well below what I thought it would cost. It was delivered the same day! I love it!
