So there’s the big box furniture stores and then there is Spector’s…NO comparison! They are part of our Valley history and with good reason. You’re treated like family and not just another sale. The experience of this team, quality furniture, prompt/professional delivery at great prices- you couldn’t ask for anything more. I recently renovated my favorite room in my home and the paint color, flooring, fireplace and wall decor, I knew from the start but I had no idea what I was going to select for the furniture! Spector Furniture is a very special store. Just wandering around the store and reading about the history was wonderful. We bought a reclining love seat back in the Spring. Ken was very knowledgeable about the products and helped us decide what we wanted. The delivery of the love seat came on July 24th, 2025. The product met, and even exceeded, our expectations. So last evening, October 18th, 2025 (12 weeks after delivery) we had a message on our phone from Howie. He said we didn't have to call back, they were just checking to see if the love seat was OK for us. We didn't call back, but we were very pleased to have a follow up phone call twelve weeks after the delivery. We smiled listening to Howie, and said we probably need a new mattress next Spring...of course we will go to Spector Furniture. Thank you Howie & Ken! As a former Professor of Marketing, Spector Furniture could not be a better example of meeting consumer needs and wants!

Well this furniture store was an amazing find! I had been shopping for furniture, specifically a couch, for a month for my new place. I had not bought new furniture in over 25 years so I was really committed to taking my time and researching my purchase. I had visited many of the big box stores and ran due to their inability to answer simple questions about how and where the products were made. I also was not impressed with their pressure sales techniques to get me to buy something before I was 100% sure. Honestly I had almost given up but then I googled “mom and pop furniture stores near me” and found Spector Furniture in Ansiona. Their reviews were amazing so I took a drive and let me tell you it was one of the best decisions I made. From the minute I walked in the store I knew I was in a different place. There were no high pressure sales people. When I was approached by a salesperson (who I found out was one of the owners whose name is Howie), he politely greeted me and asked me what I was looking for and proceeded to change my view of furniture store sales people! Howie spent two hours with me going over my many options, he fully explained how each couch I was looking at was constructed and made me think about how I would feel about my decision over time. When he heard I had a back injury from a car accident he steered me to specific couches that would support my back better as I sat on the couch! Thanks to Howie, I purchased a couch that I know will give me many years worth of comfort and happiness. If you have never been here you must go and experience what the world sadly lacks these days…good old fashioned amazing customer service! I paid more for my couch here at Spectors but you truly get what you pay for. The quality of the furniture they carry and stand behind is far superior to anything I saw in the bigger discount stores. I want to thank Howie for helping me make a wise stylish decision that I can live with for years!

The staff is amazing! Not only are they super knowledgeable and friendly, they really care about the community they serve and are involved. The showroom is huge and they have so much on display without it feeling overwhelming. There is a reason they have been around for 126+ years!
