Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Raymour & Flanigan, especially at the Orange location. This is the second table we’ve purchased from this company, and the experience has been nothing but stressful. I was originally promised a centerpiece for my table that was supposed to come with the sales desk, and it was never delivered. When I tried to reach out to the sales representative, no one returned my calls, and customer service has been very rude and not helpful. To make matters worse, the issues with my table which I was assured would not happen again have returned. I also still cannot schedule service for my broken chair, which caused my toddler to get hurt because he forgot it was broken. Today, I learned that the service appointment I was waiting for could not even continue because the part that was needed was never ordered. After waiting and expecting the issue to be resolved, I’m now back at square one. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of communication, professionalism, and care for customers. For this to be my second table and to still be dealing with these kinds of problems is extremely frustrating. I regret purchasing from this location and hope this review helps others avoid the same experience.

Seriously, EXCEPTIONAL service! Working with Steven M. made the experience that much better! He was thorough, patient, while also not pushing that awkward pressure that happens. He gave my husband and I time to shop but was never too far if we had questions. We live an hour away and we are 100% going back for more furniture and household items next week!! Service like this is rare, and well worth the drive.

I have purchased a lot of furniture from Raymour & Flanigan, but my most recent experience was the best yet. We purchased a living room set and had an issue after delivery. Not only did they resolve the issue, but they resolved it in a way that far exceeded our expectations. My salesperson, Tamisha Dangler, went above and beyond, as did her manager, to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase. Even on her days off, she was texting me updates to make sure that we were satisfied. I could not have asked for better service!

I recently purchased a small sectional from Raymour & Flanigan in Orange, Connecticut. I received the best customer service from the store manager, Robert Halloran. He was very empathetic and proactive with my situation. Rob went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Thank you

I talked first to Ray on the phone at the Pittsfield MA store about their living room furniture that was on sale for Memorial Day weekend. Because I was very impressed by his helpfulness and knowledge. I went to the store to look at the living room sets. Ray was with a customer so I was helped by Scott. He was very nice but I still had questions about the living room set that I was thinking of buying. The next day, I called the information number for Raymour & Flanigan. I was connected to Tamisha at the Connecticut store. She was also very helpful, friendly and courteous. She answered all my questions but was unable to demonstrate how the Wellesley sleeper operated since our conversation was by phone. She went ahead and ordered the living room set for me. I returned to the Pittsfield store to notify Ray that I had purchased the living room set and he was able to demonstrate how the Wellsley sleeper operated. I was very pleased. So far, I am impressed with the customer service that I have experienced at Raymour & Flanigan - particularly with Tamisha and Ray, with whom I spent the most time. At this point, I can honestly say that I will return to Raymour & Flanigan in Pittsfield MA when I need more furniture. I hope that I am as happy with my furniture as I have been with the customer service I have received at Raymour and Flanigan!
