My salesperson was wonderful and so patiently helpful in all my decisions…so she gets a 5 for her attitude helpfulness and patience. However I was very disappointed that my furniture had 2 prices. The original and a sale price that did not agree. The sale price was almost 400 more than the original. I felt that I should have been offered a discount or something. My concern was not addressed to my satisfaction and I am tempted to cancel my order as I feel cheated. It is never good policy to increase sale price and leave the original price.

And this time was for a new mattress set, which we have not yet received. We were very happy with your sales staff, Lee and Avi. They made us feel very comfortable and unrushed, even though we arrived at the store late on a Sunday afternoon. And your selection is amazing!

The experience was perfect and, although each of those purchases has been with a different sales person, it is always well done and satisfying to us. Don’t know if we will ever have the need to make any more purchases but we highly recommend them. Sprintz is a quality company with experienced and knowledgeable people.
