First we are very pleased with our purchase. Louie was very helpful and guided us to make the right decision. Our order entailed custom fabrics so we had to wait 3.5 months for our order, manufacturers doing not Stanley’s We ordered two club chairs and an ottoman. The delivery guys were very friendly and took our old furniture to the curb. We are not local, so it was a long trip. Thanks Stanley

Stanley's in-store customer service was absolutely top-notch, and our couch and ottoman even arrived ahead of schedule. We love the new furniture and can tell the build quality is truly exceptional. This is our second purchase from them and it will not be our last!

Just received my furniture from Stanley’s. I purchased a couch, 2 recliners, a kitchen table, 4 chairs and 2 chairs for the kitchen island. Everything was custom. I picked the fabrics, pillows,the type of chairs,the base of the table,etc. So many choices! I got exactly what I was looking for. They were so helpful, let me take home fabric and wood samples. I absolutely love all my furniture. Such a pleasure to work with. The delivery driver David was so nice and careful with everything. A wonderful experience!

We ordered a beautiful kitchen table and counter height stools. Saleswoman was very friendly and patient as we shopped. Delivery men were amazing. We did have to wait a little longer than we first thought, but Stanley’s did constantly update us with status. We love our new furniture and overall happy with ordering from Stanleys.

Ordered 2 couches January of 2025 and was told 8 to 12 weeks for delivery, call for update 06/25 and was told by lou a issue with fabric on one couch so they were starting them now and end of July 2025 will be delivered, no update on second couch , was offered a temp couch and recieved it, also ordered another couch in April still waiting on update as we were told by lou they would call with update as of 06/17/25 no one from Stanley has called ... will leave update on delivery product condition and then depending will give additional stars or remove depending on total experience, our sale rep Chris at the time of ordering was knowledgeable about product and professional overall, just frustrating waiting on delivery and getting accurate information on status and delivery. Temporary couch in photo arrived clean, and delivery person david and crew were professional clean and accommodating. Order is under Carroll UPDATE* 9/24/25 recieved a phone call from Stanleys by Jeffery who stated our 3rd couch which we paid in full to lou for in April has arrived and Jeffery stated we owed a additional $120.00 for leather care which we then told him it was N/C as stated on receipt and salesman lou and chris at the time of purchase, then Jeffery hesitated and came back with a error on receipt on stanleys part and we owed $120. Additional for their mistake, I mentioned to Jeffery it was paid in full and their sales representatives lou also stated that they were removing delivery charge because of all the problems we had with the first 2 couches we ordered in January 2025 and didnt recieve in 3 months as stated but almost 7 months latter and now we were told our 3rd couch delivery was expected this Saturday we also explained to Jeffery that their sales rep lou at the time of sale had stated to us in person and in texts (enclosed) they would have someone measure opening as it will be going into basement to verify if it will fit and no one has been here to measure and now the couch is made and being delivered, we will leave update on outcome, its sad as we liked our salesman Chris and thats why we purchased 3 couches and gave a 2 star or I would leave a 1 star for sure , but i have to say it looks pretty shady for stanleys, buyer Beware 🤷🏾 ---update--- sept 27 2025 recieved delivery attempt of 3rd couch today ... delivery crew was courteous and knowledgeable but after several attempts still weren't able to deliver couch, legs have to be removed so they took it back to remove legs at warehouse as stated as they didnt have correct tools to remove them, if Jeff would of came and measure as lou stated this all could of been avoided 🤦🏽 , screenshots of text enclosed, also original receipt has 0 balance and the receipt the delivery guys had was doctored after the fact showing a balance (photos enclosed)... will give update on Stanleys resolution 🤷
