He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about helping his customers find exactly what they’re looking for. Buying furniture can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Rick made it easy and enjoyable. He answered all of our questions, gave great advice, and never made us feel pressured. We felt completely at ease knowing we were working with someone we could trust. We absolutely love our purchase and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Nick P of the Patchogue Ashley store was incredible! He really knew his stuff and informed us on every little detail from the color and sizes of the bed set to the quality and best choice of mattress ! He really took the time to make sure we knew exactly what we would love and want. He went based off his own experience with mattresses and the love he had for them. He never pressured us in the moment but He just made it so easy to say yes we want this based off the knowledge he knew. We spent a few hours in the store and he never strayed away from us or let us leave without knowing our best options. He really took the time to make sure we were happy with what we got in the end. What a pleasure to work with him in this store! Really great guy

From the moment we walked in and greeted by Nick, you can tell from his approach that this shopping experience was heading in the right direction. He let us lead with our thoughts and aided with his confident knowledge of the products. That’s all you can ask for. We have questions and he had suggestions. He was ready to look up more options with a tablet, though he didn’t need it since he had everything memorized. My mother and I went to several stores in the same day and could immediately tell Nick was performing at a higher level which put us at ease and ultimately resulted in a sale. Think less salesman-y and more consultant/advisor. I’d definitely recommend working with Nick in the future and was pleasantly surprised by the prices at Ashley’s.
