I love this furniture store!! I ordered the oversized furry cloud sectional with the chaise and ottoman in the fog color and it came really quick and wrapped in the plastic!!! BRAND NEW!! And the price was great!! Alex is the BEST!!! Ask for him, he goes above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied.

They operate an online store called Cloudy Mattress US. I purchased a several thousand dollar mattress from them. It was sent freight, took 6 weeks to be delivered. They sent 1 guy, who couldn't move it alone. So he left it in the driveway. The mattress had tags removed, wasn't boxed. When I contacted the company after 30 days to say it was sagging (it came with one side sagging) they ignored me. I tried calling with no luck. So now I have a $3000 mattress that I never should have purchased from them. Spend the extra money and go to a proper store with good customer service.

I am so happy that I walk in the store because I was really not sure how good of help I was going to get. I walk in and a young lady approached me with a smile. I explained to her that I needed some stuff for one of my kids room. She explained different options to me and also help me with the financial program that I was in already. It's alot of beautiful things in the store have to check out. This one of the items I purchased. Then, the young man was happy to assist us and help me to my car with the merchandise thanks again.

Imma redo my post. So I am a single mom, i had just got separated from my husband. Well i was looking for furniture for my new apartment. January i put everything on layaway. I did the three room deal, Alan “Alex”. Promised me free shipping and setup as well said that THIS WAS THE BEST DEAL. Well a friend of mine knew the owner of the store which was his brother; so the brother added a 10% discount bc i was going through so much. Alex made it seem like he was giving me a discount with the three room deal but in reality he wasn’t, so April, Alex decided to take the discount off as if i wouldn’t notice. Well i ended up telling him that i had a 10% discount off bc his brother had put it on there. He said no i can’t put it on there; well i showed him my receipts where it was on there so he ended up putting it back on there. Fast forward to my furniture was supposed to be Free shipping and free setup PER ALEX ! The day my furniture was delivered; the guy said “yk this a drop off right?” I said no you guys were supposed to set it up. So i called Alex, asked him what’s going on, the man said oh yes, i took it off bc i would’ve had to pay for it and im not doing that. I tell you what give the guys $40 a piece to setup. I said no bc i was granted free setup. Oh well i told my bf about it. My bf went up there and talked to him & he basically told him that “she needs to learn how to stand behind her man & not say anything, i won’t help her out i tell you what you shop here I’ll give you her discounts she is ungrateful”. No i wasn’t ungrateful, i feel like it was a scam bc you never said anything about taking the free setup service off. Well, now he seen my review and has been blowing my phone up today. Right is right!
