Cowboy Maloney's Home Store

I would give Zero Stars if possible. Worst customer service experience. Employees sitting at their desk as we enter, No Acknowledgement At All. I still walked to the back and looked around at their defreezers. I observed an employee walk by right in front of me and never acknowledged me or asked if I needed assistance. So, after standing there 20 minutes, no assistance, I decided to leave. As I approach the front of the store, I see two workers behind their desk and still NEVER said, Bye or Hey. So as I left, I told the employee at the door, Thank you for not helping us. And he smiled like something was funny. I don't know anyone else experience here, but I felt that the Color of my Skin Stopped me from being assisted. I don't make any company take my money, that's not wanted. Seem like " White Only Pies" type of establishment.

Y’all need to come on down! Forget about all the big box stores Cowboy Maloney’s is where it’s at. I got in and out of there with my appliance loaded Took less than 20 minutes. I’m serious y’all these big box Stores ain’t got nothing on the Cowboy.

They were very helpful to me, especially since I was unable to come into the store. I have been very happy with this machine so far. I went with a washer that had more setting and less buttons. It gets my clothes very clean. I think it washes better since I can control the water levels. Cowboy Maloney was the first company to help me build my credit years ago. I have always appreciated them for that. Thank you Cowboy Moloney's!!

My purchase was at Clinton Store. Purchase was fine. Confusion on whether I was to provide water line for ice maker or not. One associate said yes. The other said it was provided with installation. I was told delivery going to be on Wednesday or Thursday. Then said couldn’t come till Friday. Delivery Friday had damage around compressor. Then was told replace on Wednesday. It came in Monday which I was glad to see. Door shelf was broken during installation. They replaced then wanted me to dispose of refrigerator box. Garbage won’t pick up anything that size. Called warehouse and they came back and got box. Only 1 day but refrigerator seems to be working. I think for the aggravation I should get extension on warranty for 3 years. Shouldn’t take this long to get a refrigerator. I’m glad I got it yesterday. Been without for 10 days.

My experience with Cowboy Maloney in the purchase of a new refrigerator was great. My old refrigerator had gone out and I needed the replacement as quick as possible. I have been promised delivery within 2 days, which is very acceptable. I appreciate the sellers knowledge and help with this purchase.
