My husband and I have always received wonderful customer service at the Albany, NY, Stickley show room. At the end of September we received Amazing Customer service! I had previously contacted the store and Michael emailed me a couple of pictures of items we were interested in. We went to the show room (2 1/2 hour drive) and Michael very patiently helped us with our wood, leather and decorative furniture choices.

View on GoogleThe Raymour & Flanigan of Fine Furniture? Possibly. Took delivery of ~$8500 couch with 2 ottomans on 5 June. Discrepancies were an "Interestingly" filled ottoman and a stitch hanging out of the couch (which one of the delivery personnel attempted to pull and had to be asked several times not to do that). Discrepancies were noted by delivery personnel and store sales staff notified by me via phone. UPDATE: As of ~3 July I've had a leather furniture specialist visit my home, repair the couch, and document the discrepancies with the ottoman. Progress being made - will update with new info.
