We woke up to our toilet making strange gurgling sounds and quickly realized we needed a plumber here in Bethlehem. After trying to use an auger myself without any luck, I remembered Stokes Family Plumbing and decided to give them a call. Jermaine was busy but promised to come by soon, and within half an hour both Jermaine and Lucas arrived. They got right to work and used two different types of augers, running about 100 feet of cable to clear a stubborn blockage in our main drain under the concrete floor. Throughout the whole process, they explained each step and made sure we understood what was happening. They treated our home with respect, left everything clean, and were very professional. The price was fair, and I was really impressed with how quickly and efficiently they fixed the problem. If we ever need a plumber again, this will definitely be our first call. If you’re looking for a reliable plumber in Bethlehem, I highly recommend giving them a try.

He fixed my plumbing issue in just one visit, when another company needed two trips and still wanted to come back again. Jermaine used something called a hydro wash, and the price was really good, especially compared to what the other place wanted for less work. It only took an hour, and now my kitchen sink drains perfectly. His co-worker Lucas was also very friendly and professional. I would definitely use their plumbing services again in Bethlehem.
