Stokes Family Plumbing

We woke up to our toilet making strange gurgling sounds and quickly realized we needed a plumber here in Bethlehem. After trying to use an auger myself without any luck, I remembered Stokes Family Plumbing and decided to give them a call. Jermaine was busy but promised to come by soon, and within half an hour both Jermaine and Lucas arrived. They got right to work and used two different types of augers, running about 100 feet of cable to clear a stubborn blockage in our main drain under the concrete floor. Throughout the whole process, they explained each step and made sure we understood what was happening. They treated our home with respect, left everything clean, and were very professional. The price was fair, and I was really impressed with how quickly and efficiently they fixed the problem. If we ever need a plumber again, this will definitely be our first call. If you’re looking for a reliable plumber in Bethlehem, I highly recommend giving them a try.

I had a main water line leak at my home in Bethlehem, so I reached out to Stokes Family Plumbing for help. They arrived quickly and handled the repair efficiently. I was very pleased with the whole process. Lucas, the technician, explained their preventative maintenance plan, which I decided to join. Since then, both a plumber and an electrician have visited for routine maintenance. Each technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and clearly explained their recommendations and the work being done. My experience has been excellent so far, and I feel confident knowing my plumbing system is in good hands.

I’m really grateful for Jermaine. I called on a Friday morning, and he showed up that afternoon. He fixed my plumbing issue in just one visit, when another company needed two trips and still wanted to come back again. Jermaine used something called a hydro wash, and the price was really good, especially compared to what the other place wanted for less work. It only took an hour, and now my kitchen sink drains perfectly. His co-worker Lucas was also very friendly and professional. I would definitely use their plumbing services again in Bethlehem.

If you need a trustworthy plumber with a great team, I highly recommend Stokes Family Plumbing. Jermaine and his crew work hard, know their stuff, and charge fair prices. They have helped me with everything from snaking toilets and the kitchen sink to re-piping my shower and handling other plumbing fixes around my house. When a major pipe burst under my bathroom sink in the middle of the night, I called them right away and they took care of it quickly. They really care about the quality of their work and it shows. In my opinion, they deserve all the great reviews they get.

For the first time, I finally have a great answer when someone asks if I know a good plumber. I can definitely recommend Stokes Family Plumbing. Their team is always reliable and quick to respond when plumbing problems come up. Lucas came out to my house in Bethlehem and made sure everything was taken care of, whether it was a big job like fixing a main line or just a small leak under the sink. They really pay attention to detail and make sure every issue is fully resolved before they leave. Once they fix something, it stays fixed. The prices are very fair for the quality of work you get. What really stands out is how professional and respectful the plumbers are. They're patient, hardworking, and understand how important working plumbing is for our everyday life.
