We have had many fantastic experiences purchasing furniture from Bob’s. The sales team was incredibly helpful during the initial selection process. What really sets them apart is their post-sale customer support. I had a couple of claims with my items, and the staff went above and beyond to make things right quickly and without any hassle. Exceptional service from start to finish. I highly recommend them. Thank you, Roz, Sam, and Maryann. Also their delivery crew, I have to mention them, they are so polite, no nonsense, and they make sure everything is set up correctly & show you how it all works. They are awesome!!

I had a wonderful experience at the Whitehall location. The sales person I dealt with, Neff, was amazing. He made the sale experience seamless. He even went as far as to drag a piece of furniture across the showroom so that I could see if the style would go with another piece of furniture I was purchasing. No high-pressure sales tactics used at the store, which I appreciated. In fact, all the sales people were very friendly at the store, even though they knew he was my sales person they didn’t hesitate to interact with me and make it a wonderful experience.

Everyone was super kind and the furniture came very quick! Suzanne helped us pick out the perfect couch and reviewed all the payment options available, she was super helpful and patient. The furniture came super quick, I only had to wait about 4 days to get my new couch. Throughout the entire process, they communicated very well when it would be coming. The day of there was a real time tracker for the delivery, which I really appreciated. It was great to be able to know when they would exactly be arriving! ERISEUDY and the two other men that helped did AMAZING! They were super quick and very friendly. They treaded through the snow and carried the couch up three flights of stairs, they were truly spectacular!! Overall a great experience, I highly recommend!! I’m so in love with the new couch!
