Sweet Dreams Furniture & Mattress

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Sweet Dreams in Cornelius. We needed mattresses due to a move into the area and we needed them quickly. Riley guided us to mattresses that we liked and were in stock and the manager Andy worked at getting us these mattresses the same day! Edmund & Dylan delivered the mattresses and were professional and personable. We returned to order some living room furniture and again Riley helped us find furniture that we liked and that was in stock so we could receive quickly and not need to wait for ordered furniture since we were sitting on patio chairs in the living room! We purchased the furniture on Saturday and it was delivered on Tuesday by Johnathan and Gage and they were just as wonderful. Overall I would not hesitate to go back (and probably will) for any other furniture or mattress needs.

I visited Sweet Dreams for the first time in December 2025 and the store manager, Jimmy Hurtado, was fabulous. He was incredibly accommodating and anxious to provide me with top notch service. He assisted me with selecting and ordering a custom made sofa which was delivered today and I am so pleased with the result. The quality is excellent and the styles and color/fabric choices were numerous. It is also incredibly comfortable. The two delivery guys, Jake and Trey, were polite(kept offering to remove their shoes), professional and so careful in bringing in a brand new ivory colored sofa into my house. They also were great at removing the old one to my garage. They were friendly, efficient and eager to please, just like their manager. Thank you Jimmy, Jake and Trey!

We had a wonderful experience at sweet dreams Huntersville. Damion and Riley were amazing! They went out of their way to make our purchase amazing. They even did same day delivery. So patient and kind! I would recommend them to anyone! I will be back! Thank you for being so amazing! I hope Sweet dreams knows what a gem they have with you both!

After searching online for a couple of weeks and visiting 3 other stores in person we decided to stop into Sweet Dreams because they had a couple of brands in store that we were looking at online. Andy helped us during both of our visits and let me tell you, the reviews don't lie! The knowledge this man has is incredible and you can definitely tell that he loves his job! We learned more during our first visit to Sweet Dreams than visiting the other stores combined and ended up getting a king mattress with split bases, a combination and brand we weren't even looking at nor didn't know was possible until speaking with Andy. The delivery guys were great! The only feedback I have is that we did not receive a text that they were enroute, we have 4 cats, so wrangling them didn't go as smoothly. We will definitely be back in the future and we can't thank you guys enough! We're sleeping so well now! Thank you!

Before my recent move, I purchased new furniture from Jimmy Hurtado at Sweet Dreams in Cornelius. What a great guy to work with! I picked out the pieces I wanted and he arranged to store them for several weeks until I was ready to move into my new place. He arranged my delivery, and everything was wrapped, unpackaged and set up for me. The delivery guys were very friendly and made sure I was pleased with everything before leaving. I had never shopped at Sweet Dreams before, but after this experience it will be the first place I go when needing furniture or bedding. I will happily share my experience with friends and neighbors.
