Mattress Firm Northcross Village

Brian has been outstanding the entire time. He was patient, knowledgeable, and really listened to what I needed. He walked me through options, explained every detail clearly, and made me feel comfortable at each step. It was definitely the best purchase experience I’ve ever had. Thanks to his guidance, I found the right mattress and felt taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend!!!! Store location: 9605 Sam Furr Rd, Huntersville.

So I had come to a point in my life where it was time to purchase a new mattress. My previous king size mattress was about 14 years old and looked like something from "Little House on the Prairie." I called The Mattress Firm because that's where I usually buy my mattresses. I spoke with a gentleman named Brian, and he was able to walk me through the process of purchasing a mattress and scheduling it for delivery. So I came over to Mattress Firm at Northcross Village, but Brian had gone home for the day. That's okay because the manager Milton and new associate Sean, (excuse me if I'm getting the names wrong,) we're able to help me not only test out mattresses, but select the best mattress for my budget and my immediate needs. This was on Friday. On sunday, my mattress was delivered. The delivery team was prompt, professional, and set my Mattress up just the way I wanted it. What I can say is that I continue to be pleased with the service products and professionalism of The Mattress Firm. I have purchased from The Mattress Firm in three different cities. In all scenarios I have been pleased. Honestly, you probably have a lifetime customer. Thank you.

Brian was an amazing help for my wife and I today. He was very knowledgeable of every product we had question on.... Wifey here - He made sure that we were aware of Discounts, warranties, and anything you can think of. Brian made sure that we were taken care of with accessories and discounts for those as well. Not only was he a joy to speak with He also joined in on our joking. He made the experience very enjoyable and we would definitely recommend him 10 out of 10. If you see this Brian thank you so much.

We purchased a BeautyRest Bay Spring mattress from Mattress Firm in 2019. In 2026, my husband and I noticed that we were not sleeping as well as when we first bought it. The mattress was sagging and was not comfortable. During a Presidents Day sale, we went back to Mattress Firm to research upgrading our bed. Both Brian and Milton were fantastic! There were no high-pressure tactics and were transparent every step of the way. They said that we may qualify for a credit if we filed a claim via BeautyRest's 10-year warranty. They walked us through the steps on how to file a claim. Within 5 business days, we received word that we our claim was approved. We are excited to have a new and improved mattress! We can't thank Brian and Milton enough for their wonderful customer service and help! They truly are "Sleep Experts"! Go see them for all your mattress needs.

Phenominal. Brian was very thorough on each and every bed. Allowed me time to choose which one I liked and felt comfortable on. Happy to see Malcom there as well. Third time purchased there. Always a 5 star!
