Terrible! RUN RUN RUN! My first time in the store the employee Lupe was getting cursed out by a person who bought furniture there and they did bad business. The lady was so angry and she told me nit to give them my business. I wish I would've listened. I took a chance. Lupe assisted and told me the sofa i was ordering was white. When I received it the sectional was Grey. I asked if I could exchange it. She told me the owner was out the country and sent me a cropped message from the owner telling me I'm stuck with the furniture. Luckily it's being financed and the finance company is directing me how to return the furniture back to them so I could receive a full refund. Do not do business eith these people. You will regret it.

Bought a nice looking bed in Spring 2023. It hasn't even been 2 years and one side of the frame broke. Service and prices were great, but I can't trust this place for a while.

I put money as a deposit to order a couch from Louie back in late November of 2024. I was told the couch will be hopefully delivered by mid January no one ever called to let me know. I called and asked and was told that there was still no dates. I went in this past weekend and wanted a refund. Louie offered a another couch with a different chaise lounge on opposite side. I thought about it went home seen that it will not work. I have asked for a refund. He states that they do not do refunds and that I did a layaway. Update: I went into the store and asked for more explanation and was shut down pretty quickly by them using the words layaway even though I never put any money towards the layaway or signed anything other than a receipt showing where I put money down on a product that was not even in store. Thus Sweet Home Furniture calls it layaway but yet the products are not even in store so it's not true layaway. The better Business bureau has had a filed complaint. And I have already contacted a law firm here in Memphis. Update: I contacted Louie a few days later and asked for store credit of the $1040, he agreed easily. I went in today and got some excellent furniture for my daughter and he even threw in a sweet extra gift for the youngest daughter. Thanks for making it right.

P.S.A. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS WHEN SHOPPING AT SWEET HOME FURNITURE. I received my living room sectional last night . Come to find out the sectional is too big for my living room. The delivery drivers couldn't even hook it up properly . I asked Felica could I just down size on the couch. I was told no so now I am waiting on the manager to come in at 2 to speak with him .At this rate I feel like they are not going to do anything to help a paying customer.Soooo basically, they wanna keep my money and not try to help with the situation. Remind you, I'M not asking for no money back, just a smaller couch. Stay tuned for the update on this foolery ! UPDATE!!!!HAPPILY to say after talking to Louie we came to an agreement. Now I just waiting on him to fall thru with his word ! I will have another update soon . Everything is looking good . Came to an Agreement.EVERYONE IS HAPPY .THANKS LOUIE FOR ASSISTING

I went into the store to purchase my dinning table set & I was told it might take up to 3 weeks for my table to get here , keep in mind I have my traditional homecoming party may 17th and I was worried my table wasn’t going to get here on time but Felicia told me they would try their best to have my table before my party…. And I’m soo happy my table arrived before the party and Felicia thank you once again!!!!
