Hello my experience with TMART FURNITURE, was great. My representative, Miss Stephanie took care of my purchases, and and all were a team effort in my selections. Also there is a fine jewelry section, wedding rings, or just want a beautiful ring or jewelry on. Loved it. The total staff was supportive, efficient, patient, courteous, friendly and business like. I loved everything, there is a selection for everyone very up-to-date stylish, Furniture comfortable, affordable and classy. I give a shout to staff for sure. No hesitation, If we have change. View on GoogleI wish I could give them a 0 I bought a new refrigerator from them. It was delivered with a missing bottom drawer and shelves. I contacted them immediately they sent me a broken drawer and no shelves. I have spoken to managers only to be told it's on order. I patiently waited. Only to receive NO REPLACEMENT DRAWER NOR A SHELVE. I WOULDN'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. AFTER BEING TOLD LIE AFTER LIE AND STILL NO RESOLVE. I'M GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB.
View on GoogleOmg ;I bought a slay bed $ 184 dollars + Tax and a box spring total over $300 dollars .a surprise for my son . Well he was happy with his old one. So I left in the box for over 6 months when I was ready to put the bed up there was no frame I went back to t-mart they sold me the frame brought the frame . Went home but in the box of the slay bed the sides of the headboard was missing they said I coul buy the sides to fit the frame but it would coast $184 dollars so i said I'll just give you back the frame I need a refund no she said no refunds I can give you a store credit. For frame not slay bed because i don't have my receipt.Total I paid was over $300 for bed and $54 for frame now . Stuck with a head board that doesn't do me no good because there are parts missing . I'm gonna have to go to small claims and try and get my money back.
View on GoogleCheapest price in town but be careful with refurbished items. Bedbugs are in the mattress and box spring. Ive seen the truck rolling around before curb pick up getting the items from the curb, which is why they probably put it out in the first place.
View on GoogleTMart furniture is above standard. Walked in on 7-19-23 I was there for almost a hour(my choice) but I found what I was looking for. They got the process started and also explained to me what was on sale. I end up getting a 2pc Sofa and Loveseat for them. The delivery was the next day, there drivers are very nice and like the rep said they called 30 mins before they got here. I think 7stars would be better but they don’t have 7 stars so will just leave 5 . I will be back for more stuff
