My experience was a good one. No one hassling me to buy anything. They have a great selection to choose from? I ended up getting a couch but will definitely be returning to buy more from them!!!
View on GoogleI did some thorough research on buying a mattress set, and found Talsma to have the best deal with the quality item I needed. I texted with some questions and got a quick response. The next day, I walked into the Byron Center store and asked for Mel (with whom I had been texting). She showed me what I was looking for and, after offering a minor suggestion, I knew I had chosen the right set. She talked to me about pillows and mattress protectors but did not get pushy or try to upsell me. It was a very good experience and I'm sleeping very well, thank you!
View on GoogleWe worked with Mark in Byron Center. This location provides great quality options with a large selection to choose from. It took us a couple weekends to settle on our purchase. Mark was very patient and friendly. We never feel pushed shopping with Talsma's. Highly recommended!
View on GoogleWe went to Talsma Furniture in search of a new couch. We were met by Tim who showed us several different styles and designs. We did not feel pressured to purchase. Tim was very patient with us and made us feel comfortable. After nearly an hour of checking out the various options, we decided on a couch and looo forward to its delivery. We thank Tim for his time and patience in showing is around and helping us. He made us feel welcome.
View on GoogleWe came to Talsma because of their stellar reputation for quality and weren't disappointed. We had an outstanding sales rep in Julia that really helped us with details on what we wanted after we gave her general idea. She is personable, friendly and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Talsma and Julia as well.
