Jake was the most knowledgeable Matress salesman that I have ever met. He worked in the factory and knew his product inside and out. Chain salesman are just commissioned parrots for Sealy, etc. The prices are excellent. No middleman mark up. I bought a Matress that would have been much, much more at a chain or department store.
View on GoogleI recently ordered a new mattress from Tampa Mattress Makers for our guest bedroom and am very impressed. I have slept on it myself, and have had guests report how comfortable it is. The quality of the mattress is also top notch. Nick, the owner, was professional & truly prioritizes customer service. The mattress arrived quickly, in great condition, and was easy to unbox. No issues with placing the order or shipping. They have a great team working there and I will be recommending TMM to anyone who is looking for a high quality mattress. Thank you !!
View on GoogleThis place is a gem! I worked with Jake the manager who is so nice and very knowledgeable. The Belleair mattress I have is perfection! From the moment I touched the top fabric, I knew it was something different and special. You don’t find mattresses made like this nowadays, especially online ones we’ve bought before. It was such an easy process from start to finish and I highly recommend Tampa Mattress Makers!
View on GoogleLook no further- highly recommend! I ordered two custom mattresses in different sizes and firmness levels, and they are both perfect and super comfortable. My guests (without prompting) have all said the mattresses are very very comfortable and asked where I got them. Nick was super easy to work with, very knowledgeable, communicative, and was able to build and ship my two mattresses very quickly when I needed them for a new home. They came on time, were vacuumed sealed in boxes which made them easy to move them into the house, and were extremely easy to open and get set up. Nick even followed up to make sure I received them and was happy with the products. I will definitely be ordering from Custom Mattress Makers again in the future!
View on GoogleJust got 2 Belleair Plush twn xl and adjustable frames. One reason I picked the company was for their ratings. So glad I did. In store I did not feel like I was being pressured. Probably a few hours. Just delivered today and happy with my purchase. The men that set it up very polite and fast. Happy with the whole process.
