While I was in Tampa for work, I was on the hunt for a Naturepedic bed. Premier Mattress Direct was the only place that had them on the showroom floor for me to try, so I called and set up a same-day appointment with Donny.
From the moment I walked in, Donny was so kind and so accommodating especially since I had my toddler with me. He walked me through plenty of options, including the Naturepedic I had my eye on, and even swapped out the foam layers multiple times to make sure both my daughter and I were comfortable. I ended up ordering a bed and base.
Then came the complicated part, and bless them, they worked tirelessly to keep the whole thing seamless. I live in a different state, but they still managed to coordinate both delivery and setup. We hit a few hiccups (the setup crew had to come out three times), but Donny made sure I was taken care of every step of the way, scheduling each window for me while I was out of state for work.
Thank you, Donny, Dylan, and Premier Mattress Direct for a true ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience. I’ve never felt more cared for as a customer! It was the most seamless purchase, delivery, and setup I’ve ever had.

Best mattress buying experience around here. Walked in after seeing their ad and the whole process was smooth. Tested maybe five different ones before finding the right firmness level. The person helping me knew exactly which brands would work for back sleepers and let me take my time without hovering. Pricing was fair compared to those big furniture chains that mark everything up crazy high. Delivery came right on schedule and they set everything up in about fifteen minutes. Been sleeping on it for a few weeks now and waking up without that usual stiffness. Way better than trying to buy something like this online where you have no idea what it actually feels like. Will go back again thank you very much

Been shopping here for mattresses over the years and they always take care of us. Last week we picked up a new king size and the whole process was smooth. The delivery crew showed up right on time Tuesday morning. They were careful with our hardwood floors and got everything positioned just right. Much better experience than those big chain stores. These local folks know what they're doing and it shows.

My husband and I are big researchers and often times when we go looking into a big purchase, we know more than the sales person. That was not the case here!
