I’ve had dealings with sketchy people and companies but these people aren’t one of them. They didn’t ask me to post a review but the kindness, fasting acting and service made me get on here and post my first review of anything. They went above and beyond when I had trouble (out of their hands, completely in no way their doing) with my scratch and dent, which you literally know going in, it’s scratched and dented. They fixed a problem which they did not have to fix and have earned my business and trust, for as long as they do business. The owners have my full respect, trust and gratitude. First class business in this area ladies and gentlemen.
View on GoogleWe appreciate local businesses that go the extra mile and Taylor's is a fine example. They were excellent to work with and when we had a small problem (probably my fault) they sent the nicest repairman. I will check with this store before I buy another appliance.

View on GoogleGreat people, gd selection of appliances. Got water heater, fridge and stove from them. Plan on going back to look at their mattress selection. Had a issue with the stove that happened during shipping and it was taken care of the next morning. Had a question on setting up the fridge and they hooked me up that day. How much more customer service can you ask for, especially in this day. Would send people their way without hesitation. Hope this helps someone else with their decision.
