I have passed by the Teletron store at Eden Center, VA, many times, but this was my first time actually stepping inside and meeting Nga and Thuy. Both of them were very friendly. Nga is an incredibly lovely and professional staff member; she spent nearly an hour thoroughly explaining the features of every chair I tried out. Ultimately, she helped me find an OHCO massage chair that I was truly happy with. Teletron sales staff did what no other shop sales staff have been able to do in the last ten years: SELL US ON OUR DREAM MASSAGE CHAIR PURCHASE!
For the last ten years, my husband and I have been researching every possible full body massage chair available for sale. Our goal has been to provide a fully functional, extremely comfortable, and reliably durable chair. Our search has also been heavenly influenced by our experiences during our annual trips to all-inclusive spa resorts where we indulge in full body massages for therapeutic benefits.
From the time that we entered the Eden Center Teletron, we were quite relaxed, as we received a friendly, "hello," from both Nga and Thuy. We were then permitted to search on our own for a few minutes before being joined by Nga in the massage chair room. Not only were all of our questions answered, but there was absolutely no pressure whatsoever, which allowed us to do our own research, comparison and thorough decision.
Honestly, we did not intend to purchase a chair on the day we entered the store, but the knowledge and assistance of the Nga/Thuy combo provided us a two-hour exploration of all of the chairs which gave us the ultimate position to make a wise decision.
The chair we purchased, the OHCO M8 Limited Edition satisfied EVERY need of ours and more! We are completely satisfied and have made new friends in our salespeople. To top off the experience, we benefitted from a purchase with no sales tax and a free five year financing, as there was a promotion available for which we qualified.

I had looked at many mattresses and visited various places but couldn't find one that suited me, as I suffer from back pain and have trouble sleeping. Finally, I purchased a Dragon mattress at Telectron Eden Center. I want to thank the staff member named Nga (Tanya); she was very professional and provided clear, detailed answers to my questions. The shop is small but well stocked with household items, and the staff are very helpful and enthusiastic. I had the chance to visit the shop while passing through Virginia during cherry blossom season and bought a V6 Ceragem thermal massage bed there. After using it, my body felt much lighter, and the pain in my lower back was greatly reduced. Highly recommended
