This is an outstanding customer service focused company. I was in a tough situation trying to buy furniture from Tampa to Arlington for delivery in May. This company had a wonderful design agent Gia who had great ideas for a small space ie apartment that was challenging. However if you want amazing customer service and he is willing to take a ton of time answer a million questions and make paying from afar easy with just a normal transaction with much better service or price by far than Ashley Furniture please shop here asap!!!! Brian made everything easy and they have so many options to choose from! This is an excellent company and a wonderful furniture store to business! Brian is the nicest and most professional person and he gets all the details done!!! They literally took our stress away!!!? Excellent service the way it’s supposed to be with wonderful prices and selection! Five stars!! Just a terrific place to do business regarding a major decision like furniture! Brian is outstanding and Gia excellent also!!!

I am beyond thrilled with my experiences with Nova Furniture! I initially found them on Google - I was on a time crunch to find a bed, mattress, and recliner for a family member with limited mobility. Sultan worked closely with me to find furniture that met my needs and was able to squeeze me in for a short notice delivery. Then, after delivery we realized the bed was too tall, making it a fall risk for my family member. I came back in and met with Sultan again along with Gia to explain the issue we had with the bed. I was blown away with how responsive they were to our needs. They arranged for a same day delivery to make sure my family member had a safe bed to sleep in that night. In less than an hour, they had the new furniture delivered. Staff members who were originally scheduled to go home went above and beyond and stayed late to deliver and set up my family member’s bed. Nova furniture is very clearly a family-oriented business. I highly recommend shopping here! Thank you so much, Sultan, Gia, and Juan for going above and beyond!!

I am exceptionally pleased at this location! Sam was absolutely phenomenal and helped us find our dream couch. This location is very clean organized and the prices are beyond fair. I highly recommend working with Sam if you can!

I was pleasantly surprised with what I found at this store. Nearly everything was 40% off! There is more than one way to pay: credit through Synchrony, 90 day same as cash or just straight purchase. Sultan helped me piece some things together for a great total price. He was patient and great at suggesting quality pieces. You can literally come here and furnish your entire home at half the price of Ashley Furniture.
