Tempflow Mattress - Factory Direct Memory Foam Mattress Showroom and Store

Really enjoyed meeting the owner and getting a tour of the factory. I’ve had a lower back problems and know that I needed a new bed for a long time. I truly trusted Rick to help me as he is so knowledgeable for the best bed for me . His other staff also was extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable and kind . looking forward to receiving my bed soon. Rebecca how many mattress stores actually have their factory in the same building as the show room? And get invited to take a tour🛏️

Had a wonderful experience purchasing a new mattress from here a few months back. After years of roughing it on a queen size bed we finally decided to upgrade to a King. We shopped around at a few stores but in the end landed at Temp Flow and new right away we found the right store. Kaylee was wonderful to work with picking out our new mattress. Super friendly and made the decision easy on us. We got to meet the owner as well who was very knowledgeable about his business yet made us feel at home. He immediately knew what we were looking for, we tried out the mattress and all things felt right. About 2 weeks into our new purchase we noticed the bed was way too squishy for our liking. We were nervous as to what the response would be that what we chose wouldn’t be able to be replaced or exchanged. We let Kaylee know what was happening and she said no need to worry, the owner will call to help with a solution. A few days passed and we started to worry, then finally he called. And went above and beyond to help. he said it would be of no problem to fix the mattress, he knew based on what our dissatisfaction was how to fix it. We set a day to have the team pick it up and fix the issue. Sure enough later that day they returned our mattress and it’s been incredible since, ZERO ISSUES. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ✅

We went to Tempflow several months ago, Dr. Rick, who is the owner gave us so much time and attention to custom make our mattress for both my husband's and my comfort needs. The crew came, delivered and assembled the new bedframe and mattress. We now get great rest and sleep nightly, which is priceless! We highly recommend Dr. Rick and Tempflow Mattress, thanks again for excellent customer service and super quality mattress!

We bought our first Tempflow mattress 12 years ago (just added another for our guest room) and we are still amazed at how much better it is than every other mattress we've owned or have experienced. Everytime we come back home after being away, we are reminded how great our Templflow is.

I bought a customized Tempflow EliteConforma and Tempflow Serene pillows and I couldn't be happier! I have back problems and they are resolved after a month and my husband, who denied having back problems, says his back feels great for the first time in years! These people go above and beyond to ask the right questions to get you into the correct mattress for your situation. Ours was customized to fit us and to closely match one they made for us more than 13 years ago. Thank you to the whole company for making a real quality mattress!
