They were patient and answered all of our questions, and helped us test several mattress types to find the one we wanted. We felt comfortable taking our time to go through all of the options and did not feel any pressure to purchase. We did not know what to expect from the sales’ experience, but were so pleasantly surprised with our visit to Tempur-pedic, we felt comfortable purchasing a new mattress on our first visit to the store. View on GoogleI had an uncomfortable experience with the store manager, Bela, during my visit. While discussing mattresses, she asked questions about my weight that felt unnecessary & invasive. The way it was brought up made me feel uneasy rather than supported as a customer. When shopping for a mattress, comfort and professionalism are essential, and this interaction missed the mark. I left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. I hope management provides better training on respectful, customer-appropriate communication.
