Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store

I went to Cherry Hill, NJ Flagship store and customer service was excellent! I did my research prior to arriving and narrowed my new purchase down to one bed (Queen) but was between two mattresses (soft vs medium hybrid) - Thanks Jerry I called back a few days and added a new adjustable base - Thanks Brandon They both delivered together in less than 2 weeks (Saturday delivery, yay). The store manager was also very helpful with finalizing the transaction, thanks Tamra

Just purchased a King ProAdapt Firm mattress. Our time in the store was great - Ed was a great salesman and took his time with us. Never made us feel rushed, walked us through all the options available (which is a crazy amount of mattress and pillow options) and explained the true pros and cons of each. I am self-admittedly not fond of the sales process when making large purchases as it always feels like a dog-and-pony show and overall just not a genuine human interaction. Working with Edward was the opposite experience and I would be happy recommending him to my family & friends. The bed was just delivered yesterday and the delivery team was very fast, clean and respectful of my home. Overall this was a very positive experience.

I went to Tempurpedic store in Cherry Hill Mall. Staffs there are super friendly and helpful! Brandon and Cherry helped me complete my purchase and kept me updated throughout the transaction. You can come in and try their products out all day they are happy to help!
