Sleep Number

I have never had a bad experience with Sleep Number. From the service to delivery to the product! Joseph was great to work with and really stayed on top of everything, making sure I was happy. Delivery was smooth and the guys were super nice and made sure that I was connected to the Internet and everything was working properly. And what a difference a Sleep Number bed makes! Like night and day. Very happy! Thank you, Joseph!

The staff at the Houston, Katy Frwy store was very helpful and informative. They helped us with picking the correct mattress. The guys who delivered the mattress were very helpful also. They were knowledgeable and helped us navigate how to use all the functions of the sleep number bed. Best sleep I have had in quite a few years.

Katrina is amazing! We were in town for doctors appointment, stop in the store and she really help us understand the beds and how they worked. Gave us a test ride and that sold us. It took a couple of weeks, had some medical stuff to deal with before we made the purchase. Even though we live 3 hours away and have stores closer, Katrina really took great care of us, so we returned to her for the purchase!

My initial salesperson, sales manager (Joseph), back end support AND the delivery team all did an amazing job. They are all knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. We picked out our bed and it was delivered on time, set up professionally with proper orientation. We received excellent communication during delivery. And love our bed

My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Nicole. She took the time to listen to our needs and understand our wants. She provided us with several recommendations and walked us through different options which we were able to try out firsthand in the store. She wasn’t pushy and made us feel comfortable enough to make the right decision for ourselves. We ended up purchasing the i8 and look forward to its upcoming delivery. Thank you Nicole!!
