As a designer, I've worked with Tony and Dan at The Appliance Barn for over 10 years and believe that they are the best appliance company in the entire area when it comes to knowledge, service and communication. I recently purchased an entire appliance package for my own personal kitchen and couldn't be more happy with the quality and installation. I recommend all of my clients to work with them on appliances and only hear positive feedback every time. It's reassuring to know that my clients are in good hands!

View on GoogleI never thought that they can be so devoted in trying to provide every possible help: they managed to return our faulty LG refrigerator that was making water from its dispenser taste very bad. LG Customer service was not helpfull at all, and they were even rude regarding bad water taste! The Applience Barn folks sent two technicians to fix the problem but it was beyond repair! Then, they came to pick up the faulty fridge back and delivered a new one as soon as the Customer Service approved the return. I read many real customers reviews online about problems with LG refrigerators and none of them had a good experience with stores that sold them LG appliences... some buyers never got help and even had to repair appliences on their own! I was scared with those reviews and for that reason I want the folks around us to use the Applience Barn in Kalona as a very, very reliable store that will do anything to help their customers! We were their customers for many years, and we had no problems: we experienced very honest explanations about appliences, always excellent and accurate delivery, knowledgable technicians and extremely kind stuff!

I was especially impress with the range hood he suggested, not only is it sleek and modern but it also actually does the job! We will def be returning!
View on GoogleWe’ve used Appliance Barn for 2 purchases. They are very helpful, efficient and similar price to other major retailers. Their delivery/hook up team is excellent. Very pleased with recently purchased washing machine and stovetop from a few years ago is still working without any issues.
