I've used Beloit Mattress quite a few times to fix my Select Comfort beds (I've always had massive sized dogs so it's not the Select Comfort bed co. Quality - just to be clear.) Beloit Mattress has always been kind, efficient, quick. Highly recommend them!

I hope this place stays in business forever! My husband and I upgraded our mattress and box spring and purchased both from Beloit Mattress. This place is one of the very few factory direct mattress spots around anymore, and we didn't want to mess with a more traditional mattress store where they upcharge for cheap materials and pressure you to make a sale. The entire experience was great: It was a 100% no-pressure sales experience with an awesome selection, fair prices, and convenient delivery. (Not to mention local!) They were super helpful with any questions we had, and even worked with us to exchange our box spring for another one. We'll be back when we need another mattress.

I’ve been sleeping on my new mattress for a few weeks now, and I absolutely love it! The entire process—from trying out the mattresses in-store to final delivery—was smooth and enjoyable. When I visited the store, it was pretty busy, but the gentleman helping us did a fantastic job balancing his attention among customers. He was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the different mattresses and materials. I appreciated that there was no high-pressure sales pitch—unlike the pushy vibe I’ve felt at some of the big-name stores. This felt like a much more relaxed and honest experience. While delivery did take a little longer than the big box stores, it makes sense since each mattress is made to order. The quality really reflects that. I also liked that the company genuinely values customer feedback when planning future product offerings. Their warranty is also far better than what you typically see elsewhere, which shows they truly stand behind their product. The delivery team was great too—friendly and professional when they brought in the new mattress and took the old one out. Overall, I had a great experience and have already recommended this company to several friends!

Went looking for a new matress walked out with a new set. Jamison was great. He wasn't pushy, he informed us about their products. The services that ce along with the purchase of the set made us very happy. He didn't hover, push, suggest any purchase. Just answered our questions and explained the materials used in their mattresses. We weren't planning on buying a set but when he explained their policies we were sold. Cant wait to sleep on my brand new bed!

The Beloit Mattress delivery men were punctual and courteous, and the bunkie board is sturdy and well-built.
