Very happy with my new bed! The price was very competitive. The salesman was very knowledgeable, having been in the mattress business for over 30 years. The delivery guys were awesome as well! Thank you to everyone involed! I can't wait to get to sleep tonight!

Believe the reviews, buying from this store was a wonderful experience. Damian is so pleasant and his knowledge of mattresses is amazing. He helped me feel secure in my decision to purchase a new tempur pedic mattress. While I asked about several options, Damian guided me to the perfect mattress and explanied that the expensive add ons I was considering were not necessary. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new mattress and hope you are lucky enough to meet Damian.

My wife and I went into The Big Mattress Outlet because we were needing a new bed for our new home. I had no idea there were so many different types of beds and mattresses. We were immediately greeted at the door by Damian. Damian took the time to explain each one of the beds to us, including how it would help our sleep and our over all health. I laid down on one of the beds Damian recommended and I could immediately feel the difference between an adjustable bed and a regular bed. I felt so much better on the adjustable bed than I ever thought possible. I know that this bed will improve the quality of the sleep I am getting, and my overall health in general. Damian has a great personality and is the perfect person to be working in a store like this. He is truly one of the smartest salesman I have ever met. Even the store itself was laid out perfectly and the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in the right place. I cannot thank Damian enough for all that he taught me and my wife and for how much he genuinely cared about our getting just what we needed. If you are looking for a mattress, or an entire bed, this is the store you need to come to. You will not be disappointed in the least. Great job Damian, and thank you so much for all you did for me and my wife.

I had a very good experience at the Big Mattress Outlet. The salesman was friendly and informative. I tried two mattresses and picked one in a few minutes. The price was very reasonable. They had the mattress in stock. He carried the mattress and helped load it in my suv. The mattress has been very comfortable so far.
