The store was immaculate! The mattresses were amazing during my visit! I came in for a lower priced mattress set. However, due to my preferences and needs I ended up considering a purchase for a higher quality mattress that will give me a better nights sleep and improve my overall health! The sales associates are super helpful and aren’t pushy but, definitely educated about mattress matters. The Zen room I was shown to to reflect on my desired purchase was also very calming and relaxing. The atmosphere was just like the mattresses luxurious and comfortable! Hands down my visit to the Big Mattress Outlet did not disappoint! If you’re considering buying a mattress make your next purchase at the Big Mattress Outlet!

I had a Wonderful experience shopping with The Big Mattress Outlet!! Nancy & T’Shauna was a very big help with picking out the perfect bed fit for a Queen :) bed matches the rest of my bedroom furniture as well.. ALSO It was fun trying out EVERY bed in the store, Thanks to Nancy she’s going to make sure you find a bed fit to your liking , coolness, and comfort. I came in looking for a bed with a soft plush feel that fits the body with the coolness in the mattress for “hot sleepers” and I left with just THAT. Thanks for everything.

Nancy was the BEST sales woman in the world! She was very knowledgeable and talked me into getting an adjustable base by showing me the benefits of having one - this will definitely help with my knee replacement. They also had a playroom that kept my grandson busy while I picked out the perfect set.

The Big Mattress Outlet takes a tedious task and makes it an experience. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. They educate you on the mattresses as well as your sleep patterns and best sleep positions for your body. They offer mattresses and pillows I've never even heard of. I usually wake up with horrible neck pain. I was able to get a pillow that has alleviated that pain. You can tell there was so much attention to detail and thought put into the store. There is a relaxation area with massage chairs. My favorite was the children's play area. I was able to test the products in peace without my children rushing me. They even stocked the bathroom with toiletries in case you have an emergency while shopping. The service was top tier. I will definitely be back to purchase my next mattress.

This place has really nice & comfortable mattresses for people serious about getting some good night sleep. There’s one bed I’m seriously thinking about after having laid on it, Ms. Nancy gave me a whole experience about the bed she recommended, for women with menopause, the coolness throughout as I laid there was awesome & felt so good & she said they have sheets to match. My birthday is around the corner. I attended their grand opening which is scheduled for the month of April.
