This spot really surprised me. I didn’t have high expectations with a place called “The Dump” but the items and furniture inside this place are fantastic and the prices are extremely competitive. Customer service was also excellent and the sales reps aren’t overly pushy which I appreciate. I worked with LaMonte. He was sooo good. He made the entire process soo smooth and he wasn’t too pushy at all. He made the entire shopping experience fun and exciting and he helped me pick great pieces that fit my style. LaMonte helped me purchase everything I needed for my bedroom by showing me select pieces that were exactly what I was aiming for. I’m sooo obsessed with my bouclé couch and otttoman that he helped me find in store. I didn’t want to buy the showroom pieces so he ordered brand new from their website that I’ll be able to pick up later. I will definitely be returning here for sure for other items and work with only LaMonte!
View on GoogleLATEST UPDATE: Fadia, my saleswoman, is AWESOME! Seriously not sure about the dump still... but as long as she's still there, we **might** try again with our couch, because she TOTALLY SAVED THE DAY! She got the delivery folks to come back and setup the bed properly, so now I don't have to get a hospital bed, and she's just awesome! Update: They delivered it... and this is what "white glove delivery" looks like for the Dump. Should have known with a company named "the Dump"... sounds like where their customer service comes from. 😳 This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had purchasing with a company in my life. I'm now at the end of my life thanks to cancer, and merely intended to get an adjustable base bed (to avoid getting a hospice hospital bed in my home). The sales process was great and I genuinely thought things would be fine since we added the "white glove delivery". I have been wrong! (1) They call and text you OBNOXIOUSLY to "confirm" delivery. But guess what? The day of delivery, despite them clearly being "open" their message center will register them as being "closed". Even the sales agent is a ghost. But the whole time the website/account says my item was delivered at 4am, which isn't even possible (nor never happened), thanks to the way my building works. (2) Do not trust anything said to you by anyone unless that stuff is 100% in writing, and even then, you'll need to live close enough to drive out there in person and raise hell, to get them to even take what they gave you in writing seriously or honor it. (3) Make sure you place ANY purchase with them, on a major credit card, so that disputing the transaction (which seems likely at this point in my case), is easier to do, as they just seem like a sham company at this point. Ultimately my remote friends, if it sounds too good to be true, it is. Just don't trust companies like this. Ironically enough I would have been better off with a darn Mattress firm, and paying 2x more, to make sure the bed actually gets here, than the amount of aggravation I've had to go through, just to track down a delivery for a bed, that probably never will. **Will provide an update if it does ever arrive, but if it doesn't today, we'll have to sue them over it, because here in GA, it reaches the level of "grand larceny". Just not the level of frustration needed for a hospice patient (which they knew about the entire time, as we were transparent about what I was purchasing the bed for, the entire time).**
View on GoogleIf you are looking for price breaks, you can find some here but you do have to look. Lower priced items are limited. The facility leaves a bit to be desired, with minimal air conditioning and that made a difference in July, but it was clean, and well staffed. Our sales associate was knowledgeable, and answered many questions. They inspected the furniture with us since we were buying the pieces from the floor. I appreciated the thorough review. There was no high pressure sales pitch for an extended warranty after we mentioned we didn't need more than the standard one that he offered. Everything was easy and pleasant and I would return again to shop should I need more furniture. Thank you Lamont and I look forward to the delivery of my new furniture.
View on GoogleThe outside of the building and the parking lot look questionable, but the inside of this warehouse is very nice! There are a lot of options at various price points. The store gets new shipments each Wednesday, so the assortment of furniture options changes weekly. Shout out to Antonio for being so helpful during our visit. All the staff we talked to were very knowledgeable and friendly. Antonio went above and beyond!
View on GoogleFriendly Service… A shout out to Anthony, who was very helpful and patient with me. I brought my son and we both ended up buying something. I got a couch/Loveseat set and my son bought a beautiful recliner
