Great perfect size table in person! Rocket was my salesperson at Ashley was fantastic, and this was my second visit. He was very thorough and friendly and though this table no longer in showroom. He made sure to check online to verify same one I was interested in. I'm so very happy and pleased with this foldable space saving, wood goes so well with my living dining room area. I would definitely recommend this location & my table! Glad that delivery was efficient and within an hour of the time range slot too.. One thing remind delivery guys who put table together just ne mindful of rugs and some prefer no shoes.

Visited 6.28.2026 - I was greeted right away when I walked in. Lots of furniture choices that look nice and elegant. I found a reclining couch that met my needs. I'm glad that I came into the store because the website gave my sofa no justice 😂. I worked with Deven. He was patient and able to answer my various questions, making me feel like I made the correct choice.

I went into this store to look around. I didn’t have an idea of what I wanted. The store is big but not overwhelming. It’s pretty organized. They had a lot of different selection. Someone name Lewis that worked at the store helped me find a couch similar to the taste I was looking for. I’m thankful Lewis helped me and was attentive to what I was saying I like and dislike. I end up buying a couch from here and I also got hooked up with delivery.

From the moment my wife and I walked through the doors, we were welcomed with open arms and made to feel like family. A special thank you to our trusted advisor, Lewis Kuffour. Lewis took amazing care of us from start to finish. He wasn’t just trying to sell us furniture—he took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered every question we had, and made sure we felt comfortable with every decision we made. His professionalism, honesty, and genuine care really stood out. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Lewis reminded us that it still exists. My wife and I left feeling confident about our purchase and thankful for such a great experience. I went into this Ashley looking for a set that was stated to be at this location. It was not! Though my salesperson Zion assisted with looking at something similar. I ended up ordering a sofa/oversized ottoman and oversized swivel chair. Swivel chair arrived damaged. Delivery guy was like someone can come fix it or I can replace. I purchased new please deliver just that. I've been sending text messages back and forth. Call the store number it goes to your outsourced call center. Now I am told it'll take 24-48 hours to hear back from someone. Totally unacceptable when it didn't take 24-48 hours for funds to be deducted out my account. Sent Zion two emails no response. This is the worst experience I've ever had purchasing furniture. Now looking online see this set is on backorder. So will damage piece be delivered patched up or will it be new that was never damaged?! Ashley do better with communication to your customers. This should have been handled immediately with a phone call from someone. Even though delivery driver stated someone will reach out to me. Instead I am doing the foot work to get my item. So after your sales your customer is no longer important? We have to figure it out the best way we can?
