Joy is tremendous. She took care of us in two separate days. A total of about 8hrs. She was interested in our needs and uncertainty of what we wanted in changing out our living room.

Joel was an excellent salesman,and he was courteous from the moment he met me at the door through looking at several mattresses and box springs along with bed frames. He even added on additional supplies showing me the different mattress protective pads for my new mattress that I purchased. He has excellent customer service skills when it was a positive experience. Thank you so much. I can add photos after delivery! I had them leave it standing up because I'm getting the carpets cleaned so to me they installed it!

The delivery/installation crew was outstanding! They took great care to not damage any home or the new furniture. Setup was excellent and the ensured the electronics were working perfectly. Then they made sure I understood how to operate all of it! The White Glove delivery option from The Dump is a tremendous value!!

Joel was extremely patient and professional. A great sales experience. He even came in on his day off for the final paperwork. Great communication and transparency.
