Mattress Firm Clearance Center at Las Colinas

Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend the Mattress Firm brand to any shopper. I’ve been trying to find the right fit with this location for two years. Zach the manager unfortunately would not budge on a return for me which was quite disappointing for a loyal customer in need.

Jonathan is the best representative ever! He was so kind and explained every feature with such care. I’m happy to shop at MattressFirm. I would highly recommend this store to fulfill your mattress and bedding needs.

If you need a new mattress, go straight to Derek at this Mattress Firm location. I met him at another location and he spent time texting with me before I came back to meet with him, helping me figure out what would actually help us sleep better. The mattress we bought at the State Fair wasn’t working, so we tried a few options in his store that he recommended —and the moment we laid on 'the one', we didn’t move. Last night was our first night sleeping on it, and it was incredible! When I asked if he’d get commission for helping us with the exchange, he said, “Don’t worry about that. My concern is getting you sleeping better.” That’s why you buy your bed from Derek.
