The Foam Outlet

I visited the foam outlet this morning 10/18/25 to get foam for my van build. Jim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about foam and upholstery. I paid for the foam and left with so much more. I will be back for all my foam needs. And his prices are very reasonable. I'm so glad I didn't buy on line!

My experience could not have been better. Had two sofa cushions reformed. Their set up for choosing firmness is great. Start to finish in 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

Great place to go and purchase wonderfully strong & durable foam cushions for your sofas/loveseats/chairs! Lifetime guarantee! Owner/operator is absolutely fantastic, allowing time for you to test three densities of foam cushion samples, against popular furniture store cushions & your own. Very knowledgeable. Very personable & nice. 10% discount for returning customers! Highly recommended! Worth the trip!

I searched online for a foam replacement for a sofa cushion and found this gem of a place nearby! What a blessing it turned out to be. Customer service is top notch. Jim explains the choices of foam firmness clearly for decision-making. I was in and out in no time at all. Best of all is, the lifetime guarantee! Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed! Thanks Jim!

Needed a solution to fill the gag in bucket seats in my new SUV. The buckets look great however don’t work for my dogs. Jim custom fit a perfect piece of foam in about 10 minutes. Problem solved. Great work, friendly shop.
