Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

I went to just browse around until I found a nightstand with a tall matching dresser. The store representative was very informative (Sue) and I got both for the LOWEST PRICE!! 5-Stars across the board!

I walked in the store and was immediately greeted by a sales person. We told her we were just looking around and she didn’t hound us to talk. She just left us alone. I decided I wanted to the dining room table so I went and found her, and we proceeded to make my purchase. She was very knowledgeable and kind as well. I told her I would be back at a later date to buy a living room set. I told her that I was looking for something specific and she told me that she would try some out and then by the time I came back, she would have some answers. Very helpful. Her name is Noir. I’m definitely gonna go back to get my couch and loveseat and I’m definitely gonna look her up. Thanks Bob’s!

I usually have good experiences at Bob’s but not yesterday(6-28-26). I’m in the process of moving so I’ve been looking for furniture so my brother and I decided to give Bob’s a try. We were at the location on Baltimore Pike and the manager (not the assisting staff) was very very rude and dismissive. I shop around a bunch but yesterday had to be the first time feeling like my money wasn’t good. Again, the staff who assisted my brother and I were absolutely patient with us because we were undecided on a few pieces but the manager wasn’t helpful at all could care less if we shopped at Bobs or not. So, in the future my brother and I will be taking our business elsewhere. Thanks for your time.

Had a great experience shopping and checking out. Jaehnel was awesome, greeted us immediately, showed us how we could find the items we were looking for and the purchase experience was fast and easy. He was knowledgeable about our options for purchase and financing including delivery and insurance options. The accent chairs we purchased are beautiful and I can't wait to get them into our home!
