The Furniture Deal

We purchased a dining set originally were told up to 2 weeks delivery which turned out to be closer to 3 weeks. Chris said the chairs would match, possibly slightly different color, but when delivered it was obvious these chairs are way darker than the table. Even Chris’s own delivery men stated the wrong chairs were probably ordered. Chris said he would work with us to fix the problem and find chairs that matched better, but he has put us off ever since always saying he’s busy. Save your money and go somewhere trustworthy.

Hands down BEST customer service ever ! Pictures do no justice to in person. We love every piece of furniture we bought !

Why is the number given on the website not a working number? And why is the store not open during the working hours listed? And why was my parents furniture not delivered when they were told it would be delivered? Also, no response to email sent for the email provided on the website. It would be nice to have a courtesy call if you are unable to deliver the furniture when we were told. Especially when my parents who are both 86 years in age put $800 down. I don't understand.

I've seen this place a few times on Mooney, so when my husband and I started looking for some bedroom furniture, we decided to add it to the list of places to look. The selection inside was great because there were so many unique colors to choose from, but Chris took his time, explained everything thoroughly and transparently, and gave us all the options he could offer from his warehouse. Ultimately, we found exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted. Thank you for your help and your time, Chris! We will be back for sure for our living room furniture.

We started this process in March 2025, today is Aug 25,2025.?We ordered over$6,000 dollars worth of furniture. All orders received were late being delivered due to “waiting for an order for store showroom to send out.” He tried to send out an holstered day bed when we actually ordered an all wood bed and mattress’s (2) never received. He (Chris-CWH) said June 2025 “he would credit back within 2-weeks after revisiting store, no such thing happened. Not happy with his service and promises. We are filing complaints with Wells Fargo, BBB, and HQ in Las Vegas. Prayers this never happens to you!!!
