I actually dreaded buying a new mattress. But I spoke with a gentleman on the on-line Chat, Andy E, who answered all my questions. Then I went to the store in Visalia and met a gentleman, Brandon. He was fabulous. He made me feel so comfortable. Helped me get the perfect mattress. I am so happy I went to him instead of anywhere else. Thank you Mattress Fim. You guys are awesome.

Brandon was great. He was knowledgeable about the beds, and left me alone at my request to spend some time on the beds. He had some suggestions based on sleep styles and construction. No pressure to buy at all. Pillows are important; he suggested I tried a Purple pillow and part of evaluating my comfort on the bed. Ended up buying two of the pillows he suggested. Great experience; thank you Brandon. Can’t wait for my bed to be delivered this Saturday.

Our experience at mattress firm in Visalia, California with Freddie was five star. He is an outstanding salesman with an authentic personality and truly there to help the customer. We drove an hour to get to the store. We were extremely well received and he could not do enough to please us. after 45 minutes of answering questions, trying out mattresses and all the things you do, we left with intentions of returning, but doing some more investigation we returned and purchased two mattresses and platforms thanks to his help. He has a great personality and really made the experience very easy and I felt he was sincere in all that he said we will return and we will recommend mattress firm A hundred percent in Visalia California.

I was suffering with back pain so I wanted a new mattress and mattress firm is ammmaaazinnng Amber was so helpful showing beds around my price range. Going above a beyond for me and I decided on the purple restore cool touch hybrid! She even price matched for me. I also got some free sheets and protector! (I also snuck in the lil harmony pillow it was commmfffyyy!) Thank you Amber and Mattress firm! Ill post updates as time goes!

Wonderful customer service I’ve ever experienced. Sue is an outstanding employee and has exceptional customer service! She helped me find my new bed which I was indecisive about considering my back issues. I knew I shouldn’t go cheap yet wanted to stay in budget. Not only did she educate me on what different types of mattress serve different needs she went out of her way to find me the best deal for the mattress I wanted and needed. She never tried to sell me anything that she knew I couldn’t afford. She served my needs and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect bed and at the right price! They have really great deals and I really appreciate how detailed she was about how everything works down to their finance options. I couldn’t be happier with my bed and the price for mattress and adjustable platform; which is incredible for my back issues. My back is thanking you too Sue!
