We had such a great experience the first time around, we went back for a second round. This purchase was for two lounge chairs which were delivered with efficiency and kindness. Jamie helped us find just the right items and wasn't pushy (appreciated that). They are always willing to help people find just the right pieces, even if it means a special order. Highly recommend!

Visited the Augusta location looking for a new living room set. We have been looking for 6 months with no luck. Joe was extremely helpful and friendly. He let us look around as long as we wanted and did not bother or try and upsell us. That is a big deal in today's world in retail. He was there to answer any questions we had and was very knowledgeable about the brands you carry. We were able to find the perfect set for our living room. Furniture Gallery definitely has the right approach to furniture sales with the no pressure and no hovering sales tactics! That is what sold us on buying that day.

We recently purchased two couches and a complete bedroom set from Furniture Gallery, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we walked into the Augusta store, the customer service was outstanding. Delivery was seamless—our furniture was placed exactly where we requested, and everything looked perfect. We did encounter a small issue with a rip in one of the couches, but the service team was incredibly easy to work with. After sending photos and the necessary information, they responded promptly. Within two weeks, they were at our home and essentially rebuilt the couch. We are beyond impressed with their responsiveness, professionalism, and the quality of their products. I would highly recommend Furniture Gallery to anyone looking for both excellent service and quality furnishings

First time buyer, loved our experience with Jeff great guy!! Did not push but answered all of our questions. Gave us our space no hovering, really nice! I highly recommend…they have a verity of product in all price ranges. Only feedback is I would like to see an appliance section. I’m a one place shopper, so that could affect how I shop there:) but I will definitely consider first. A- based on appliance other wise A+

So far so good - exceptional customer service from the moment we walked in which was really nice. No real pressure and the gentleman we worked with seemed very focused on finding the right couches for us vs the most expensive. Went over quite a few options and they were very knowledgeable about their products. Prices seemed reasonable, we were shopping for something that’ll last so our budget was high. Looks like all-in we were ~15-20% higher than the big box stores for the same furniture/delivery. We were looking for multiple furniture sets, and if we saw any prospect of more bulk discounts I think we might have jumped on some more couches for our downstairs and bedroom sets for the kids that we liked while we were there. All to say that I almost wish they were more sales-driven in that respect. Ultimately, we prefer to shop local though and I’m hoping what we lacked in savings will be made up for in service, which it already has with our great in-store experience. Couches are a few weeks out and expectations were clearly set that they’d need to be ordered and shipped at Ashley’s discretion. Hoping all will go smoothly and will update accordingly!
