Sleep Number

We had a wonderful experience at Sleep Number in Augusta. We’ve been contemplating purchasing one for a few years and after talking with Erin the sales associate we made our purchase! Erin was awesome so make sure you look her up! We had the bed delivered yesterday and the set-up was fast and efficient by the wonderful delivery team. Our first night went beautifully, we still have to play with what setting is best for each of us. So far we are extremely pleased pleased!

We were greeted by Mary Kate and she was so fantastic to work with. She asked us questions about what we were looking for in a bed and matched us with the perfect bed. I have never enjoyed shopping for a bed like I did with Mary Kate. She filled our time with laughter. We had a bit of a struggle checking out but she was quick to get assistance from Erin and we were able to finish our purchase. The entire time we were there Mary Kate and Erin kept us engaged and allowed us to continue to enjoy our shopping experience. I five star highly recommend shopping for your sleep number with this wonderful pair!

Awesome experience with the sleep number store in Augusta Maine Our sales person Erin spent time with us making sure we understood our choices and the settings on the bed. She was really nice and even messaged us after delivery to make sure everything went well and we were happy with our new bed. Delivery was fast as was the delivery team. We saved a lot of time going over how to use the new bed when it arrived thanks to Erin being so thorough at the store making sure we understood everything and downloading the app ahead of time. We love the new bed and our experience there!

Lynn, in Augusta was very helpful. We purchased an electric love seat and it was not working. They quickly fixed the problem with replacing it on the same day. Great service and pleasant to deal with. Thank you Lynn!
