The Mattress Outlet & Bedrooms

Chris is attentive and knowledgeable about the products. Saved us a lot of time and frustration researching mattresses. Side note: Avoid Ashely Furniture at all costs. They have the worst customer service, quality and prices. Honest review from a local.

Had great experience at mattress outlet. Chris helped us pick out the right mattresses, they were delivered on time and they took my old mattresses and box springs. Highly recommend!

Great experience at The Matress Outlet, we checked other stores in Morristown. They just weren't as knowledgeable or treated us the way Matress Outlet did. Chris helped us choose the right Matress & frame, he treated us family. I recommend anyone to shop here.

From start to finish, Chris takes care of you. Wonderful customer care, listens to needs, fair prices, great communication. Fast easy delivery and set up. We will be repeat customers - for sure!!!

Chris Lowe was our salesman. He showed us different brands of mattresses and help us decide which would best fit our needs. We eventually chose a floor model. Chris helped with pricing on the mattress, protector, and sheets. He called with a delivery range of time and the men were here on time. Because we were uncomfortable with the height we had no problem exchanging the box springs for another. When a new mattress is needed for our guest rooms, we will definitely go back to see Chris.
