I bought a fantastic Hypnos mattress from Organic Bedroom. I discovered the mattress brand at Morea House in Cape Town where I slept the best in my life so I looked under the sheets for the mattress. I found that Organic Bedroom sells these in the US and was very satisfied with the prompt communication from the team on lead times. Very happy with the mattress and customer service.

We went shopping for a new mattress and due to chemical sensitivities a friend recommended The Organic Bedroom. Kaelyn was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She assessed our needs by asking a number of questions to get us to a starting point. We tried several models going back and forth between models and Kaelyn continued to ask and answer questions until we made our decision. Highly recommend.

Matt and his team helped me out with great care, advising me on several options and providing a relaxed environment to try them against what I felt was best fit for my needs. I came with one specific mattress in mind but left with another that I nearly fell asleep on while in store. They were transparent about pricing and highly communicative throughout the entire process through to delivery. Their commitment to timeline was exemplary, in fact they delivered the mattress earlier than expected and the delivery contractor was very careful in my home.
