Wonderful experience at the store; got a lot of information to make better decision relative to mattress platform. By the way, my highly energetic son had damaged box spring and mattress. And the latest a 2000lb capacity steel box spring. Unbelievable; not to him and my spouse ;( LJ had info-shared the solution and I got one that I believe will work. Happy dad here!

LJ was fantastic — great info, good advice, zero pressure. Provided us the details we were seeking and didn’t miss a beat when we said we’d consider some other options. After looking elsewhere, I then returned the next day and purchased a bed from Hunter. Great service from the store!

Our experience with LJ was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful arranging delivery and he made it so easy. He made sure we had his contact information and was available for changes to our order and even after delivery. He remembered working with us and was so efficient. We tried a returned twin size mattress. But after we paid, they loaded a twin plus size mattress on our car. That is so fishy. Why didn’t they load the one that we tried and bought? The one that we tried was put aside, separated from other mattresses. It couldn’t be a mistake for sure. We didn’t find it out until we got home. We had to go back to the store to change it. We got no apology for that. And also, the same new mattress was $499 on the official website but the store assistant asked for $850. We said it was too expensive. They said they could reduce the price to $500. What a dishonest business!
