Wonderful experience at the store; got a lot of information to make better decision relative to mattress platform. By the way, my highly energetic son had damaged box spring and mattress. And the latest a 2000lb capacity steel box spring. Unbelievable; not to him and my spouse ;( LJ had info-shared the solution and I got one that I believe will work. Happy dad here!

We tried a returned twin size mattress. But after we paid, they loaded a twin plus size mattress on our car. That is so fishy. Why didn’t they load the one that we tried and bought? The one that we tried was put aside, separated from other mattresses. It couldn’t be a mistake for sure. We didn’t find it out until we got home. We had to go back to the store to change it. We got no apology for that. And also, the same new mattress was $499 on the official website but the store assistant asked for $850. We said it was too expensive. They said they could reduce the price to $500. What a dishonest business!
