Absolutely amazing customer service. Would highly recommend and will buy all my mattresses from here in the future. We purchased a sealy posturepedic high point mattress in the medium. After sleeping on it a couple of months we realized it was a bit too firm so we were able to swap it for the soft version for no additional cost. The store was super easy to work with, communicated well, and they stand behind their comfort swap policy no questions asked. We couldn't be happier with our new soft mattress and the service we received.

My husband and I visited this mattress store not too long ago, and we were helped by Anthony Lopez. We are very pleased with our new mattress! It is very comfortable and good quality. The price was also very reasonable. Anthony helped us very well and in a short amount of time at our first visit we were sure of the mattress. He was extremely knowledgable about mattresses. Anthony did not give us any pressure to make a purchase, rather we decided on our own that we loved the mattress the same day of visiting the store. Also, the delivery was quick and easy – and the delivery guys were friendly and professional. I highly recommend coming to the store if in need of a new mattress.

Sleep Center has been absolutely outstanding! Brent and Anthony were extremely helpful. From the moment we walked in, I could tell they genuinely cared about what I was looking for. I never felt pressured to purchase as I did at other mattress stores. It was such a pleasant experience. I bought a mattress and adjustable base from them and now we are in the process of purchasing a second mattress and base from them because of their great customer service. Every question I had, they answered promptly through email. The delivery and installation was so quick. I was told about 2 weeks since my mattress was not in stock and I received it in less than 7 days. I highly recommend Sleep Center!

After making multiple stops around the Gainesville area while looking for a new mattress, I am so happy I chose The Sleep Center. My experience here has been great from start to finish! This small business has gone above and beyond throughout the whole process. Each employee I’ve interacted with including the folks doing the delivery/removal has been great to work with! They are responsive, pleasant, and very helpful. Highly recommend.
