Ashley Store

I stayed in the store for a couple of hours before I finally decided which sofa & loveseat set was the best fit for me. The sales person and manager hung in there with me and patiently answered all my questions. Generally speaking, my experience was positive and I plan to return soon to purchase additional items. I highly recommend Ashley’s because the selection is good, the prices reasonable, and the sales team and manager were very knowledgeable and friendly.

I got a comfy cushioned bar chair with leather material that swivels & goes up and down for $75 on clearance & I'm happy with it so far. Everyone was also super nice to me here & I had help bringing it to my car & putting it in. I know most people are probably going here for larger furniture options but if you want a place to go for a bar chair I recommend this place as well!

We had an amazing experience today! We walked in at 10am in the morning, were greeted by Perie Shah, a very friendly sales associate, who asked us to take a look around and see if we liked anything. She didn’t follow or hover. We took a quick lap around, didn’t see what we were looking for and left, only to return after multiple hours of furniture shopping at a number of different stores. Perie greeted us again as soon as we walked through door with an excited “Welcome Back!” We were tired of looking at that point, explained to Perie what we wanted and within 30 minutes she had us out the door with the exact furniture we wanted. I can’t say more about Perie and her knowledge and customer service. She was amazing, made the process so easy. If you’re in need of an easy, hassle free furniture buying experience, go to Ashley,s in Gainesville and ask for Perie. 10/10 experience and we will be back for all furniture needs!

Courtenay Gillard was super nice and I’m excited about chair arriving. I had to return today to clarify the protection plan, which was skimmed over. My fault, I should have slowed the process down. I do not need a pet plan. I was assured by Chase that the reclining mechanism has a warranty protection plan.

This was my 2nd transaction at the Gainesville Ashley's store. 1st one was a bit overwhelming and there was a lack in communication, which caused the manager to get involved and assist. Jordan has always been a gentleman and he took care of everything almost instantly! ☺️ My 2nd transaction....felt like I wasn't even buying furniture! I will ALWAYS be asking for Imari EVERY TIME! 🥰 She was extremely helpful and transparent. Her knowledge on the fabrics and types of models helped us narrow down to the perfect couch when we were so stressed by the amount of options! She was an absolute sweetheart, didn't rush us into anything, and got us a FANTASTIC deal! 💜 THIS is how you should feel about buying furniture....relaxed while also kicking your feet cause you got what you wanted at such a great price! 😊 Thank you Imari and the Ashley's @ Gainesville team! 🥰
