It’s a small family run shop with an owner who really cares about his customers. They do free delivery and setup too, and that experience was perfect as well. Kiet took the time to walk us through different mattress options, explain the differences, and answer all of our questions. He was very well-spoken and genuine, and at no point did we feel like we were being upsold or taken advantage of. It truly felt like he cared about our comfort and well-being. We’ve had our new mattress for a few weeks now and we’re very happy with our choice. After having a horrible experience with Tempur-Pedic, it was such a relief to find a company and a salesperson we could trust. We highly recommend Sleep Peeps—and especially Kiet—for anyone looking for a better night’s sleep.
