Jerome's Furniture & Mattress Store-West Covina

The West Covina location has everything you need, they have a good nventory. I like that the sales people come to greet us and asked what we where looking for, Claudia took good care of us without being pushed. I liked that she told us to look around and she was checking back with us from time to time. We went back to get other furniture the day after and Darrell took good care of us, giving us options. The sales personnel at the West Covina location are well trained. Also the customer service person was very helpful and attentive. I definitely recommend the store Jeromes at West Covina

Claudia gave great customer service. This was our return visit to find a rug, but instead found a great decorator large framed wall abstract picture. It was just perfect with the sofa! We were really happy and it was half off the price!

My 82 year-old mother-in-law bought a sectional here and was sold an “insurance plan” that covers “everything” for $290. When she and my sister-in-law tried to file a claim for crappy furniture and workmanship they were told that the “plan” doesn’t cover slipping of cushions before the furniture was even inspected. This was 15 months after delivery, so February of 2025. We Have been trying to get them to come back out because it’s not an issue of a slipped cushion, but rather shoddy workmanship and subpar furniture, not worth the $2500 price tag. We have been dealing directly with the store manager who said he would help escalate and had done nothing until January 2026. He assisted getting us in touch with a liaison for their FCP yet nothing, so we went back on 2/16/26 and spoke with the store manager again who set us up with Alyssa in customer service there at the store. We had to go through the whole story and timeline once again. Meanwhile, the store manager says it would be easiest to just “swap out the piece, but too bad we don’t have it any longer”. Why in the hell was that not offered at the beginning? They string you along for months and months then deny the claim. Elder abuse at work here, easy prey. They see and elderly woman and tell her that the “insurance plan” covers “everything” and get her on the hook for $290 plus the price of crappy furniture. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM JEROME’S!!!

Great customer service Darrell was very polite and helpful he answered all of our questions and helped us with selecting our new couches. Very respectful and resourceful.

The store sales rep Cluadia was amazing. She helped me and my wife find the perfect couch and love seat. And her manager Beto was helpfull by ensuring we received a good deal. Overall the service was great. Now we are waiting to receive our new furniture 🙌. Thank you
