The only pleasant thing about Thornhil is their sales agent Garrett. The manager, Chris, is beyond unprofessional and rude the way he thinks he can condescendingly talk to customers. Photo is the stock picture of the couch that was ordered and picture of the actual couch in person. Was so displeased with the huge difference after trying to make it work in our space that we ultimately decided their 35 percent restocking fee with worth the cost of eating rather than being so unhappy and passing on getting the full amount back as store credit as doing business with them did not seem something we could feel confident with. Getting to that point was probably the worst business experience and mostly from the manager. Started out thinking that’s where we will head to always price shop to never wanting to business with Thornhill again.

1,000,000/10 ! These fellas are the absolute greatest. Great prices, great people, AND SO MUCH PATIENCE. They worked with us when we were having issues and did it without hesitation. Not once did they make us feel like a pain in the (you know what) even when it felt like we were. I recommend them over any big box store and over any other furniture store in the state of TN. Thank you Noah, thank you Billy, and everyone at Thornhill Home, you will forever be a part of our home!

My friend & I walked in & immediately were greeted by 2 employees who were so friendly We felt rt at home! I cant remember their names. Im 80 & almost forget my own name sometimes!!. I think I bought a topper mattress with coils. I havent taken it out of the car yet. I needed my bed a little taller. So I bought it at a good price. These 2 men have been the friendliest in that building ever. We have seen & met 2-3 owners in years past, these 2 win the friendliest award! It was a very pleasant to do do business with them!

We went to a local business furniture store and received top notch service. They have a wide range of great furniture and accessories that are reasonably priced, less than your big chain stores. They delivered and set up a new sofa we purchased with great service. If you live in, or near the Smyrna TN area, I highly recommend stopping in and check them out!

Great service! At the store Garrett was very helpful and answered all my questions. Found the perfect cabinet and was able to purchase it online. Worked with me on delivery and day of delivery, took 10 minutes and all done! Will definitely be my first stop on my next furniture purchase!
