Tough Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

I am very satisfied with the work of Tough Carpet and Upholstery Cleaners. My carpets and sofa were dirty, dusty and full of pet hair, now they are clean and smell super fresh. They did an excellent job. From today on, they have a regular customer.

I’ve always struggled with stains in the high-traffic areas of my home, but this team got every spot out! My carpet now looks amazing, and it feels softer than it has in years. I love that they use eco-friendly products, and they were able to eliminate odors I didn’t even realize were there. Excellent work!

Can I just say, Tough Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning is the real deal! I called them after my sofa started looking way too worn down and was just about ready to replace it. They showed up on time, super professional, and got right to work. My sofa went from looking like a ‘before’ picture to an ‘after’ in under an hour! They even shared tips on how to keep it cleaner for longer. Honestly, it feels like a whole new piece of furniture. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality service with amazing results!

They get the job done quick and efficiently. My carpet is like brand new. Smells great. White is popping again! And the customer service was awesome.

Tough Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning has been doing the commercial carpet and floor cleaning at our daycare in North Las Vegas for about 3 1/2 years now and always do a very thorough job. They pre-treat for carpet stain removal and pay extra attention to the high traffic tile and grout cleaning areas. They know we have little children on the floor, rugs and leather sofas and are always attentive to our needs. We've never needed carpet deodorizing because their cleaning leaves our carpet smelling fresh, not moldy like other carpet cleaning companies we've used in the past. I will continue to use Tough Carpet at the daycare and for residential carpet cleaning and other home services like air duct cleaning and mattress cleaning. We've never needed emergency water damage restoration or anything on short notice but they treat us like we are their number one customer. Thanks Tough Carpet and Upholstery Cleaners!
