Half Price Mattress

Christina helped us choose a king-size mattress earlier this year. We initially bought a firm one but had to exchange it for a medium-firm. We ended up purchasing the most expensive Black model they offered, expecting great quality. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a waste of money. After only about four months, the mattress started to sag and lost its support. It’s not durable at all, and both of us now have constant back pain because of it. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this place, you’re better off shopping elsewhere.

We bought two mattresses, picked them up from their warehouse down the street from the store, and had them in our house for use. Customer service is great too. Need a new mattress? Make this store your first stop!

I had my best customer satisfaction for a mattress store ever! Look for Ashley she gave good advice, great options and she gave me a great discount. They have the best prices, warranties and selection. I will most definitely recommend her to my friends and family.

Christina was nice but I will never purchase a bed here again . I had to exchange the first bed and purchased the most expensive one up from that due to the return policy being store credit of what the difference will be and the one they ordered I didn’t got to try it in store Christina to order it for me and I still was not able to exchange or return. So I have 1400 bed that I can’t even give it away because of how hard and uncomfortable it is and due to using my one time customer guarantee exchange I’m stuck with it . I really feel like I got screwed but learned my lesson for sure. Look /buy elsewhere .Amazon is the spot .Half mattress to your reply I did try and was told I was only offered one time customer guarantee that I already used per your return policy and as for the harsh review I had to deal with not sleeping well and pain in my back and hips and pretty much all over I did ask for something firmer but not concrete and also was not able to try it out so I’m just informing shoppers to be aware and definitely try the bed out first and not one that may feel similar , thank you .

Had the best experience at Half Price Mattress. Christina was amazing to work with and assisted me with my purchase. As soon as I walked in I was greeted but not smothered. I told her her the type of bed I was looking for and she showed me a variety of beds in many different price ranges. She gave me room to browse at my pleasure. The beds are amazing and we were able to get same day delivery. I highly recommend this store. The customer service I received was top notch. It has been awhile since I received friendly service without high pressure sales. I really felt that she wanted me to get something that I wanted and in my price range.
